theme - a boat to nowhere
Theme of this book wasn't very easy to identify. However, I think the theme is that you need people around you and you need to love them which can require some risks and courage. The author shows that where you belong, family, and home is something you need in your life and you need to treasure them. Even if they weren't with you from the beginning, and it was someone you didn't like, you will eventually need to love them and care them as a family. Taking a risk, and making a change in your life is a very difficult thing, but it is something that is good for you. It doesn't matter if it is a big or small community. As you learn throughout your life, you will appreciate people around you who encourages you and wishes you the best. The author states that whoever you are, and wherever you are, it is important to know keep a good relationship with your 'family'.

your theme is totally different from my theme. You focused on love.
i think you are right in a sense,
but i kind of think that that is not the main theme,
but still you explained it well~~

my book's theme is kind of similar like yours too. its not about love, but its about apreciating what you have before trouble comes to you and makes you relize what you used to have that others diddnt.
